As a result of continued growth, Brandt Development Ltd. we are currently seeking skilled, motivated and safety-focused labourers with hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding to join our team. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, physically active environment and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with metal fabrication, cutting, grinding, and assembly of components.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support installation in field work environments.
- Work at heights using aerial work platforms (scissor lifts, boom lifts).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Required Skills- Comfortable working at heights and operating aerial work platforms.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic drawings/measurements
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual labour tasks.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent time management skills.
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communications.
- Previous experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments
- Valid certification or training in aerial work platforms (AWP)
Safety certifications such as Fall Protection, WHMIS, or First Aid - CWB certified in SMAW all position an asset.
