In this position, you will provide high-quality customer service while managing the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of integrated voice and data solutions. With a need for extensive travel throughout the province, your responsibilities include completing all certification requirements and ensuring minimal disruption to customers during installation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete vendor certification for on-site and remote services
• Install and maintain wiring for customer technology solutions
• Update technical documentation and user guides
• Conduct hardware and software acceptance testing
• Provide training to staff and customers
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or equivalent experience in relevant fields
• 2 years' experience with data and voice systems
• Familiarity with network security and infrastructure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license required
