Ledcor is on the lookout for talented Heavy Equipment Mechanics for significant construction projects across Canada. In this position, you will manage the safety and cost-effectiveness of heavy equipment maintenance while collaborating with skilled teams. Your proactive approach to diagnostics and repairs will ensure the reliability of critical construction machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance on heavy mobile construction equipment
• Diagnose problems and complete necessary repairs
• Perform routine safety and hazard assessments
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks
• Uphold safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Journeyperson certification from recognized authority
• Strong diagnostic skills essential
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Clear 3-year driver abstract required
