This position requires hands-on skills in placing and finishing concrete, including working with curb and flatwork. Your experience with power tools will be instrumental as you set forms and assist in the necessary groundwork. Participation in safety assessments and meetings will be pivotal to uphold our commitment to health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute finishing tasks for various concrete projects
• Verify quality and integrity of completed work
• Accurately set up concrete forms for pouring
• Skillfully operate small power tools in daily tasks
• Conduct Field Level Risk Assessments before tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Concrete placement experience a plus
• Must be safety-conscious and able to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced work settings
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams
