Drywall Finisher Position

Join our skilled team as a Drywall Finisher in Regina, Saskatchewan. This full-time role focuses on accuracy in installing drywall and applying finishing techniques at the job site.

We are looking for a candidate with up to 1 year of relevant experience. The successful applicant will handle responsibilities including reading blueprints, cutting drywall sheets, and ensuring high-quality finishes. Work will be conducted on-site, emphasizing both consistency and craftsmanship in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately

• Apply successive coats of joint compound and sand them smoothly

• Clean and prepare surfaces for drywall installation

• Fill joints and cracks efficiently using trowel and broad knife

• Install acoustic tiles and metal studs for wall systems

Requirements:

• 7 months to less than 1 year of drywall finishing experience

• Must work on-site without remote opportunities

• Permanent resident or temporary resident with work permit

• Ability to mix and apply plaster ingredients effectively

• Experience with taping machines for embedding tape
