Engage in a hands-on Truck and Transport Mechanic position dedicated to vehicle repairs and maintenance. Enjoy working on truck systems while contributing to the training of apprentices.

As a Truck and Transport Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing commercial truck systems. Familiarity with both truck and automotive components is required to maintain operational efficiency. This role also provides an opportunity to guide and coach apprentices under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test mechanical units for faults

• Repair or replace truck-trailer systems as necessary

• Perform road tests to confirm repairs

• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance needs

• Mentor apprentices and guide their development

Requirements:

• Other trades certificate or equivalent experience

• Valid driver's license for vehicle operation

• Desired welding experience

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Commitment to reliability and punctuality
