Join Jpays Truck and Trailers Services Ltd as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, responsible for diagnosing faults and ensuring equipment performance. Utilize your skills in troubleshooting, repair, and inventory management.
In this role, you will inspect equipment, diagnose malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs. Your expertise in computer testing will help determine the extent of repairs while maintaining documentation, ordering parts, and keeping inventory. You will also be involved in repairing heavy trucks and servicing their attachments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment for faults
• Diagnose issues using computerized testing equipment
• Order parts and manage maintenance inventory
• Repair or replace defective parts as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Experience with heavy equipment repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with computerized diagnostic tools
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Strong problem-solving skills for repair diagnostics
• Knowledge of heavy truck servicing
