Event AV Technician and Customer Advocate

• Set up and manage audiovisual equipment for events

• Monitor equipment functionalities and guest satisfaction

• Complete technical paperwork and documentation accurately

• Execute upselling techniques to enhance revenue

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required;
Associate degree preferred

• Obtain Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days

• 1 year in customer service or hospitality roles preferred

• 1 year audiovisual experience or equivalent

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
