Maintenance Trades Supervisor

Lead the Maintenance & Reliability team as a Maintenance Trades Supervisor at Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK. Focus on safety, performance management, and effective team leadership.
This permanent, on-site role requires managing trade employees and ensuring high-quality work output. You will set safety and performance expectations while mentoring your team. Effectively oversee daily schedules and resolve operational challenges to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of trades employees

• Conduct regular safety audits and performance reviews

• Assign tasks based on employee competencies

• Monitor work progress and resolve delays

• Develop and implement safe work practices
Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive trades experience

• 3+ years in a leadership role preferred

• Grade 12 diploma with Interprovincial Journeyperson certification

• Preference for experience in Pipe fitting

• Strong commitment to safety and reliability
