• Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

• Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel.
• Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions.
• Instruct apprentices.
• Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools.

• Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, hand-eye coordination, handling heavy loads, large workload, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
