Responsibilities

Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns using computerized diagnostic equipment

Perform repairs and maintenance under the guidance of Journeyman technicians

Complete inspections and preventative maintenance services

Test and verify repairs to ensure quality and safety

Maintain accurate work orders for warranty and customer records

Collaborate with advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
