Sewer and Water Crew Lead

Lead water and sewer construction operations with the City of Regina. This role oversees crew management, equipment operation, and ensures compliance with safety standards.

The City of Regina is seeking a Crew Lead for its Sewer and Drainage Operations. In this permanent position, you will manage and supervise a crew while delivering essential city-wide services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining water systems, conducting quality control, and training staff to ensure safe operations on diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise crew in construction and maintenance activities

• Operate necessary equipment during service delivery

• Inspect and maintain equipment according to operational standards

• Provide training and leadership to the workforce

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or GED with 4 years industry experience

• 1 year in a supervisory role with specific water/sewer experience

• Level 3 Operator Certification in relevant area

• Strong project management and operational skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and ability to work in the field
