Ledcor is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic Foreperson to lead a skilled team in a challenging construction environment. This role requires a Red Seal certification and strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance, especially for Caterpillar and John Deere. You will ensure that all maintenance activities are compliant with safety regulations while coordinating preventative maintenance activities and unplanned repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to mechanics and technicians

• Oversee equipment maintenance and emergency repairs

• Schedule and complete necessary equipment inspections

• Diagnose faults and support repair efforts

• Manage parts procurement to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role

• Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic certification
