Heavy Equipment Operator for Earthworks

Join our team in Regina, SK, as an Equipment Operator for our Earth Works projects. Operate a range of heavy machinery to complete grading and site preparations.

We are currently looking for an experienced Equipment Operator in the Earth Works division. The role focuses on operating heavy equipment such as load trucks and excavators while performing necessary inspections. A valid 3A or 1A license is essential for hauling equipment to different sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery safely on construction sites

• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance tasks

• Transport and haul equipment and materials efficiently

• Report hazards and follow safety protocols strictly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in earthworks or civil construction

• Current 3A or 1A Saskatchewan driver’s license

• Strong grasp of site grading and equipment handling

• Willingness to work in fluctuating weather conditions
