We are looking for a
Journeyperson Service Technician to join our team at
Dilawri Mitsubishi
. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eagerto contribute to our growing team.

• Dedicated to quality of workmanship,diagnostics, and maintenance repair as per required standards.
• Reports all mechanical or safety related deficiencies not noted on the repair order.
• Accurately utilizes MPI for 100% forall repair orders. Perform new vehicle PDI.
• Diagnose/repair, replace parts/components, perform service/maintenance to new and used vehicles as per manufacturer standards.
• Provides service advisors summary of additional maintenance or required work that need to be performed.
• Performs road tests to confirm repairs are completed satisfactorily.
• Accurately records the cause and correction on customer repair orders and completes the Technician portion onMPI and related inspection forms.
• Provides Service Advisors with accurate parts and labour estimates utilizing MPI.
• Maintains and follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.

• 3 rd year, 4 th year, Journeyman and/or equivalent experience required.
• Requires a valid driver’s license witha clean- drivers abstract.
• Ability to carefully and safely driveboth standard and automatic vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy itemsand equipment such as tires, tools, and equipment.
