Trades and Systems Supervisor in Facilities Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance tasks for effective trade operations

• Supervise completion of work orders and maintenance priorities

• Provide troubleshooting support for mechanical and electrical systems

• Oversee inspections and test mechanical and electrical systems

Requirements:

• Certification in Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC trades

• Minimum five years' experience in facility or building maintenance

• Three years of supervisory experience leading trades teams

• Knowledge of OH&S and preventative maintenance

• Valid driver's license for site-to-site travel
