Position: Supervisor for HVAC and Utility Maintenance
Take charge as the Supervisor of HVAC and Utility Maintenance at Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. Elevate system efficiencies while guiding a talented crew in a collaborative workplace.

This role will see you supervising maintenance activities, focusing on HVAC systems, and enhancing operational performance. You’ll lead preventive maintenance initiatives, manage repairs, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Your leadership will directly impact team success and asset utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of maintenance crew and contractors

• Develop and enhance preventive maintenance schedules

• Ensure timely execution of maintenance and repairs

• Train employees on safety practices and procedures

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize equipment reliability

Requirements:

• Journeyman Red-seal in HVAC or Electrician preferred

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in industry

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management systems

• Knowledge of HVAC, safety legislation, and maintenance practices
