Join our team as a Maintenance Worker, contributing 32 hours per week from Friday through Monday. This role emphasizes skills in troubleshooting and repairs of plumbing, heating, and electrical systems.

This position involves hands-on maintenance activities that are vital for the facility's functionality. Applicants should be experienced in painting, drywalling, and able to manage various outdoor tasks. A Fireman's certificate and boiler experience will enhance your application for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair building infrastructure effectively

• Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues

• Paint and repair drywall during maintenance

• Perform groundskeeping tasks, including snow removal

• Report issues to management promptly

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools

• Previous experience in multi-task environments

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Successful criminal record investigation required
