Done Correctly Inc. is hiring a motivated Landscape Labourer for the forthcoming season. The role focuses on a variety of responsibilities, from sod installation to site grading and clean-up. Candidates should be physically capable and driven to succeed in outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with sod installation, rock placement, and planting
• Conduct site prep, grading, and moving materials
• Engage in shoveling, raking, and general labor work
• Collaborate with skid steer operators and team leads
• Maintain clean job sites and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 years of relevant labor or landscaping experience
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn
• Capable of working outdoors in varied conditions
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Willingness to travel for work as needed
