Welding and Fabrication Specialist

Position: Welding and Fabrication Specialist Needed
W.F. Botkin in Regina, Saskatchewan is hiring a Welder & Fabricator for full-time employment. This role focuses on welding, fabrication, and some mechanical repairs as needed.

As a member of the W.F. Botkin team, you’ll work during standard hours from Monday to Friday, with the potential for extra weekend work and travel. The position is designed for 1st or 2nd year apprentices who are eager to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a range of welding tasks on diverse materials

• Participate in fabrication processes effectively

• Provide mechanical assistance for certain projects

• Safely operate heavy machinery and hoisting equipment

• Follow all safety protocols and practices

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Journeyman Certificate (1st or 2nd year)

• Previous experience as an apprentice

• Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work under pressure with keen attention to detail
