Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Execute preventative maintenance and cleaning tasks

• Support contractors during maintenance projects

• Organize maintenance schedules effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED plus relevant experience

• Minimum of 1 year in building maintenance

• Good interpersonal skills for team interaction
