Right Choice Energy Services Inc. (RCESI) is hiring Welder Apprentices to join our growing team in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Shop or Site Supervisor(s), you will support fabrication and construction in shop and field environments. An excellent opportunity to build a career in the skilled trades.

• Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and weld procedures
• Welding components as assigned
• Safely operating welding equipment, power tools, hand tools, and mobile equipment as required
• Following RCESI's Quality Control and Safety Programs
• Communicating effectively with coworkers and Supervisor(s)
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Be registered in a Welding Apprenticeship or interested in pursuing one (registration is an asset, not mandatory)
• Be familiar with shop drawings, welding symbols, and SMAW, FCAW, and/or MCAW processes (an asset)
• Be safety conscious and committed to safe work practices
• Be team-oriented and willing to learn
• Be physically capable of lifting over 20 lbs., standing for extended periods, and demonstrating worksite mobility
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, valid First Aid and H2S Alive certifications before starting
• Be willing to complete required pre-employment and pre-access Drug & Alcohol testing
• Be willing to travel throughout Southern Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba
• Hold a valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract

This is a safety-sensitive position. Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test. Audiometric and lung function testing will also be completed upon hire in accordance with provincial regulations.
