In this role, you'll report to the Site Superintendent, focusing on carpentry completion and maintaining quality standards. Oversight of subtrade work and performance inspections are pivotal in ensuring project success while mentoring novice workers on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with local building codes and safety standards
• Handle carpentry tasks beyond subtrades' responsibilities
• Inspect and report on quality management
• Check frames and mechanical components
• Mentor less experienced carpenters
Requirements:
• Experience in residential framing essential
• Must be a Journeyperson or a 4th year Apprentice Carpenter
• Familiarity with equipment operation a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and time management expertise
