As a Mitigation Technician, you will report to the Mitigation Manager and provide vital services to clients experiencing disasters.
Your role requires a strong customer service commitment and the ability to operate efficiently under pressure. You will enjoy a flexible work schedule while participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute tarping, board-up, and carpet cleaning services
• Deliver exceptional customer service during all tasks
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of company vehicles
• Participate in the scheduled on-call rotation
• Assist team members and take initiative as a leader
Requirements:
• Passion for customer service and teamwork
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Capability to lift 75 LBS regularly
• Availability for nights and weekends as needed
• English fluency and a positive attitude
