As part of Viking's expert team, you will report to the District Manager while engaging directly in the installation and servicing of fire alarm systems. This role requires someone eager to learn about electronics and fire safety standards. Key responsibilities include system upgrades, troubleshooting, and creating assessment reports to ensure safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assemble new fire alarm systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot existing fire alarm systems
• Upgrade and repair systems post-inspection
• Generate timely inspection and deficiency reports
• Respond to emergency calls during off hours
Requirements:
• Training in electronics or related field
• CFAA certification or willingness to achieve it
• Knowledge of CAN/ULC fire alarm standards
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
