Worley seeks an Ironworker 3 responsible for selecting equipment, figuring layout, assembly welding, and installation. The work includes arc, submerged arc, and gas welding equipment, plus rigging and crane operations. You will connect structural members using blueprints and supervisor instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lay out, align, and fit components for installation
Set up equipment and weld parts using specified methods
Hoist equipment and tools through riggings or cranes
Verify structural steel alignment with precision instruments
Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts
Requirements:
Select equipment for layout, assembly, welding, and installation
Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
Use metal shears, torches, and welding equipment
Operate arc, submerged arc, or gas welding equipment
Meet additional responsibilities as required
Apply iron working expertise in structural alignment, welding, rigging, and bolted connections while supporting Worley project delivery.
