Support vacuum truck operations through hydro excavation, confined space entry, and spill cleanup while working safely on diverse job sites.
The Assistant Operator / Labourer provides onsite support for the Vacuum Truck Services Division. This developmental position includes hydro excavating, line flushing, power washing, and loading or hauling fluids and materials. Company assistance is provided toward obtaining a 3A license.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Operators with safe operation of various units
- Set up and control pump hoses for water pumping
- Prepare job sites and rig equipment in and out
- Spot equipment safely and clean units afterward
- Remove debris and complete general labour duties
- Valid Class 5 Driver's license
- Experience in confined spaces, heights, noise, or extreme weather
- Swamping experience with vacuum or hydrovac work is an asset
- High pressure water blasting experience is an asset
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform intensive labour
Build vacuum truck expertise through safe equipment support, demanding site work, and development toward a 3A license.
