Intermediate Building Operator

Operate commercial facilities across Regina using HVAC knowledge, BAS systems, and mechanical troubleshooting skills. This intermediate-level role requires independent work across multiple client sites.
Black & McDonald seeks an experienced Building Operator to maintain assigned client facilities in Regina and the surrounding area. Working under the FMO Account Manager, you will support safe, efficient operations through planned maintenance, inspections, repairs, and subcontractor oversight. The work includes responding to tenants, coordinating service providers, and preparing client reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute responsive and planned maintenance
Conduct tours, log readings, and inspect mechanical equipment
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical duties
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate work activities
Respond to tenant complaints and prepare progress reports
Requirements:
Minimum three years of Building Operator experience
Commercial facility operating experience preferred
Working knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and troubleshooting
High School Degree required
Clean Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License and travel availability
