Position Overview:

• Run plumbing and gas service calls: install, repair, maintain, and test residential and light commercial plumbing and gas systems
• Diagnose plumbing and gas-related issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions
• Perform routine inspections and modify existing installations on renovation and retrofit projects
• Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards
• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established accounts
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service and complete accurate service documentation

Job Qualifications:

• Certified Journeyperson Plumber and/or licensed General Gasfitter preferred (Red Seal welcome) - registered apprentices are encouraged to apply
• Proven experience on residential and light commercial plumbing projects
• Willingness to learn and work on HVAC equipment - no prior HVAC experience needed, we train you
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
