DRB Homes is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the Eastern Shore Division, based in Rehoboth Beach, DE. You will oversee multiple home sites (15-30 homes), ensure safety, maintain schedules with subcontractors, and verify inspections meet governmental and company standards.
You will train Superintendents, manage budgets, review site figures, and coordinate with Customer Service to resolve issues, participating in weekly production meetings and annual reviews with the Production Manager.
