• Providing outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
• Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Managing reservations and maintaining accurate records in our system.
• Addressing guest needs and resolving any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient front desk operation.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to stand on your feet for much of your shift.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (preferred but not required).
