We are looking for a talented and motivated Design Studio Consultant to join our team.

• Leading design appointments with homeowners for personalized selections of interior and exterior finishes.
• Complete change orders through internal processes.
• Assist in completing the Boise Design Center – helping in selections for displays, communication with ordering, etc.
• Oversee and own relationships with external design representatives, such as coordinating communication with companies that supply samples for our Design Studio and home finishes.
• Management and oversight of the Online Design Studio for the Boise Division.
• Communicate with the Sales Team and Construction Team on design changes, updates, and customer choices.
• Thorough understanding of floor plans, 2020 designs of cabinets, etc.

• 2+ years of experience with a residential production home builder.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi‑task with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
