Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Jr. Youth Development Professional in Rehoboth Beach to assist in the effective operation of a school-age childcare program. The role involves ensuring compliance with state guidelines, implementing age-appropriate programs, and serving as a positive role model for children.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM during the school year and 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM in summer. Candidates should have a high energy level and the ability to engage with children aged 5-14.
