Mortgage Loan Officer

Position Overview

A Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization based in Delaware, Southern Maryland, Howard County, Baltimore, MD area. The role recommends loan solutions, manages client relationships, collaborates with stakeholders, and handles sales calls. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships, seeks prospective opportunities, and makes sales calls.
• Develops, prepares loan solutions, refers products and services, reviews documentation for compliance, and manages customer pipeline.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Required:

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and loan origination processes.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage risk.

Certifications/Licenses:

• No required certifications.
• Subject to background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Base Salary: $37,440.00 – $37,440.00. Incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
