Maintenance Technician – Ocean Atlantic

Schell Brothers' sister company, Ocean Atlantic, is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment within our community. The role prioritizes safety for residents, team members, and the technician while delivering white‑glove customer service. On‑call and emergency response duties are required. Prior experience in multifamily communities is strongly preferred.

• Schedule maintenance activities for the apartment community.
• Use service requests and schedules to establish priorities.
• Identify and correct hazardous community conditions.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in.

• Prior working experience with multifamily communities strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on call and respond to emergency calls.
