Salary & Compensation

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, contingent on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Front‑End Checkout associate responsibilities include operating the register, greeting and thanking customers, ringing up items, processing payments, and maintaining a positive attitude. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
