Seasonal Sales Associate
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you provide a customer‑first experience, drive sales, and maintain the store’s brand presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
- Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
- Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
- Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.
* This position will support the store during peak season with potential to transition to regular employment.*
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 0–1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
- Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
- Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight.
Hiring Range: $16.00 – $20.79 USD per hour.
Benefits- Part‑time or limited‑time position (e.g., internship).
- Not eligible for all VF Corporation benefits, but may receive partial benefits upon hire.
