You are the ultimate ambassador of the brand, accountable for creating a highly productive environment where customers have an extraordinary experience, employees are able to do their best, and the business thrives. Your day may involve:

• Overseeing the development of client relationships and driving business initiatives
• Setting clear goals and expectations and holding people accountable to high standards of excellence
• Building a world‑class talent team that strives to create an exceptional retail experience
• Balancing strategic, operational, and leadership priorities while maintaining an authentic approach

• B.A. in Business or other fashion‑related discipline
• At least five years of experience at the General Manager level
• Proven track record of success in leadership roles

The compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 USD, based on relevant experience and work location.
