Sales Lead - Rehoboth

Vans is looking for a Sales Lead to support the store leadership team and drive customer engagement and sales results.

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales, monitoring progress against key targets.
• Foster a consumer‑centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, modeling selling behaviors.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Preferred: 1 year of related professional retail experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (formal education is appreciated but not required).
• Proven ability to drive results through teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong coaching, motivating and team‑building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence across all levels.
• Solution‑oriented and flexible in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities and meet business expectations.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets and retail software tools.
• Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight.

• Hourly rate: $18.00 – $21.74 USD
• Eligible for incentive awards (annual incentive plan, sales incentive or commission potential).
• Part‑time or limited‑time (internship) position; benefits are limited relative to full‑time roles.
