Overview

Position:
Full-time, in-store opportunity with Simply Southern in Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. Salary: $17.50 hourly. The company is a nationally recognized apparel brand with a focus on preppy American lifestyle.

• Provide enthusiastic customer service while customers shop and purchase products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs and suggest products accordingly to ensure satisfaction and additional sales.
• Represent and communicate the Vision, Mission, and Values of the company in daily customer interactions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk 4–10 hours per day.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Independent, self-motivated worker.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
