YOUR ROLE
As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You are passionate about AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and bring a keen attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support the team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

- Keep product moving and ensure timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
- Maintain the Stockroom by keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures organized.
- Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a game plan and take corrective action.
- Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks and support guests as needed.
- Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor, follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies.
- Love AE and Aerie products.
- Have strong organization, detail orientation, priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
- Have flexible availability (early mornings, late evenings, weekends).
- Have prior stock‑related experience.
