Aerie - Stock Associate

Job Description

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. In addition to your primary role in the stockroom, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed.

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain an efficient and productive stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan, and take action to correct them.
• Step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock related tasks or assist guests.
• Prioritize safety standards in the stockroom and on the sales floor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO’s policies and procedures.
