Aerie - Stock Associate

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you're able to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• Passion for brand standards: You're proactive in keeping product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Ownership of the Stockroom: You're skilled at maintaining an organized and efficient Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay in order.
• Innovation: You identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, plan, and take action to improve displays and stock management.
• Teamwork: You're ready to assist colleagues with non-stock tasks or guest interactions, supporting a collaborative environment.
