Ocean Atlantic, a sister company of Schell Brothers, is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment within our apartment community, prioritizing the safety of residents, teammates, and themselves while delivering customer service. Availability for on‑call and emergency response is required. Prior experience working in multifamily communities is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities- Schedule maintenance activities for an apartment community
- Use service requests and schedules to establish priorities
- Identify and correct hazardous community conditions
- Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in
