RISE Services LLC is seeking a compassionate Job Coach / Employment Specialist to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment in Rehoboth Beach and surrounding Sussex County communities.
The role is community-based with travel to employer worksites; you will coach participants, assist with resumes and interviews, connect with employers, and provide ongoing support to promote retention. Up to 29 hours weekly, daytime Monday–Friday.
