Commission Sales- Furniture & Bedding

Join Boscov's Department Store as a full-time Commission Sales Associate in our Furniture & Bedding department. Responsibilities

• Drive furniture and bedding sales through consultative, commission-based selling
• Greet customers, assess needs, and recommend appropriate products and protection plans
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and financing options
• Create attractive merchandise presentations and ensure sales floor cleanliness and organization
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle customer inquiries
• Meet or exceed individual and department sales goals and key performance metrics
• Build repeat business through follow-up, relationship-building, and exceptional service
• Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns when needed
• Support store events, promotions, and other duties as assigned by management
