Mission Hires is seeking an on-site Infrastructure Support Specialist in Reidsville, NC. You will lead hardware/software rollouts, manage support tickets, maintain servers and storage, and secure systems. The role requires hands-on experience in Windows environments, networking, and M365 administration.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure support, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with end-users and vendors. This position is on-site five days a week.
