Morrisette seeks a Foam Quality Control Manager to lead the quality program for our foam manufacturing operation in Reidsville, NC. You will drive the QA system, ensure product conformance to drawings and specs, and work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing to resolve issues and improve processes.
You will supervise QC staff, perform audits, and maintain records while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement on the factory floor.
