Early Years Practitioner

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – 1 Year Old Room
Pay: £13–16 per hour, depending on experience

Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a small, thriving, child‑centred nursery in Reigate. This fully independent nursery has over 25 years of experience caring for children aged 12 months to 5 years and now operates a Forest School, giving children plenty of outdoor play opportunities.

The Role:

* Work full-time, either 4 long days (7:30am–6:00pm) or 5 days (8:00am–4:30pm), to suit your schedule

* Support and develop the 1-year-old area, nurturing their growth and development

* Plan and deliver a variety of engaging activities, indoors and outdoors, including gardening, water play, creative and physical activities

* Contribute to a fun, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children feel happy, safe, and loved

The Team & Setting:
The nursery has one large room divided into baby and pre-school areas, with between 32 and 60 children attending each day. The team consists of 14 staff, a mix of full-time and part-time, who work together to create a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment. The setting prides itself on its supportive culture, with staff encouraged to share ideas and get involved in social events such as summer spa days, helping to foster strong teamwork and a positive atmosphere.
