Job Description About our ClientsThis lovely family run setting in central Reigate are looking for ideally a level 2 or above qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team. Working 4 or 5 days a week 40 hrs, they are offering a great salary c £31k depending on experience and qualifications, with great benefits. Walking distance from train station and other transport links.
Requirements Essential for the role- Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Passionate about early years and children’s development
- Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
- Maintains high standards and promotes best practice
